Settantatré Pasta Company is Philadelphia's premium gluten-free pasta company, born from the idea that everyone should enjoy fresh hand-made pasta. Founded after co-owner Genna was diagnosed with Celiac disease, the company is run alongside her husband Chef Matt, who honed his skills in well-known Philadelphia kitchens including Panorama, Parc, Lacroix, and Ela.
