Mom-Mom's Polish Kitchen started as a small food cart selling handmade Polish food in the greater Philadelphia area, specializing in handmade and homemade pierogi as well as golabki (stuffed cabbage). Named after co-owner Kaitlin Wines' grandmother Rita Chmielewski, the business aims to represent Polish-American heritage and now offers takeout, wholesale, prepare-at-home, and catering from their food cart.
