Mom-Mom's Polish Kitchen started as a small food cart selling handmade Polish food in the greater Philadelphia area, specializing in handmade pierogi and golabki (stuffed cabbage). Featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives in 2020, they now operate as a takeout, wholesale, catering, and prepare-at-home business, selling pierogi bagged by the dozen. The business is named after co-owner Kaitlin Wines' grandmother, Rita Chmielewski, honoring her Polish-American heritage.
