Hillacres Pride grew out of Hillacres Jerseys, a small family dairy farm in Lancaster County, PA that has been in the family for over 70 years. Starting in 2003, they began making cheese from Jersey cow milk and raising bull calves for beef, later adding pork, eggs, and chicken. All animals are raised free-range without therapeutic antibiotics or growth hormones, and nearly all feed crops are grown on-site using GMO-free, no-till practices.
