Hillacres Pride grew out of Hillacres Jerseys, a small family dairy farm in Lancaster County, PA that has been in the family for over 70 years. Starting in 2003, they began making cheese from Jersey cow milk and raising bull calves for beef, later expanding into pork, eggs, and chicken. The farm is home to 3 generations of family, milking about 50 cows and practicing non-GMO, no-till, free-range, and antibiotic- and hormone-free farming.
