Hands on the Earth is a multi-generational family farm based in Lititz, PA (Lancaster County) that has grown fruit for the Clark Park Farmers Market for at least 25 years. Peaches were their original specialty, but apples have become their mainstay due to their longer storage capability. They also bring seasonal baked goods during apple season, as well as tomatoes, lettuce, blueberries, and more.
